They showed up on time, gave me a quote then took EVERYTHING (except for HAZ  and paint of course) and did it quickly, even items up in the rafters.  All of the guys were very polite and professional.  In all they were here only 30 min from arrival to garage sweeping.

They pulled off the oak covering on the roof and replaced any bad wood underneath and they put a new composition shingle. They replaced all the flashing and made sure that all the skylights and chimney were sealed tight. I rate them highly. I would use them in the future.
