They did a beautiful job of taking out the old fence that was on a rocky hillside and entangled in thorn hedge plants, dug new post holes and cemented the posts on the hottest day in many a month. They completed the mounting of the wrought iron fence the next day and we were completely satisfied with everything. They cleaned up around the work area which was appreciated. It took a bit of effort to find the contact info to the contractor who did the job, and two days after I called them Fidel came over and fixed the gate, cheerfully, perfectly, and under a goodwill warranty - 9 years after the fact. How is that for customer care? How the company stands by its services is probably the best measure of its true quality. It is getting rarer by the day to find people who still care.
