Painstaking from start to finish. 7+ months of dealing with unresponsive, unreliable and inept project managers and staff. There is only one staff member who we learned to trust and depend on but unfortunately they were not able to speak up and voice opinions due to fear of retaliation. Contact commenced Sept 2021. Planning began and then nothing happened for two months. Mid-December there was a bit of work (floors removed, part of kitchen gutted) and then things came to a halt only to learn our project manager had been let go. Then came the holidays and finally we were contacted again and introduced to a new project manager (Frank) -- who turned out to be anything BUT a project manager (unorganized, disrespectful, blameful, flakey, unprofessional). We stood in our partially gutted kitchen and concrete floors and asked, "Can Olympia handle this job and do we have Olympia's word things will run more organized and smoothly from hereon out?" We were assured yes and both Jorge and Frank asked us to prove Olympia could do better. In hindsight, this was a terrible mistake. Throughout January and February it was truly hit or miss as to whether or not we could expect anyone to show up to work. March was more consistent (although still lacking organization and reliability). It is now April and we are still waiting for countertops and sink to be installed in addition to a final punch list completed. Cannot provide an approximate cost of service since this mostly was an insurance claim with added upgrades paid out of pocket by us.
