DESCRIPTION OF WORK
HOUSE EXTERIOR REPAINT: facia, windows/doors trim & jams, covered patio & posts (14 ft x 36 ft), and garage doors (3car). Removed/reinstalled rain gutters, pressure washed entire house, hand scrapped all work areas, repaired/caulked, primed, painted (2-3 coats Dunn Edwards water resistant, latex, white). Accepted EXTRA work on-the-job: repaired, primed & painted a section of house wood siding deteriorated by water sprinklers ... MATCHED house color PERFECTLY!
