"Needed carpet removed and hardwood put down in all my bedrooms. The work was done in a timely manner and price was negotiable. However, you need to use the company’s hardwood, which is of lower quality than what I initially wanted. Also, the workers spilled some stuff on my furniture, which landed me with random spots of dissolved stain on my tables and end tables. Financing 0% for 1yr was a plus though, so overall the choice worked well for me."

"Was called to set up appointment as soon as I purchased thru Angieslist. Crew showed up on time and did a great job cleaning a lower quality carpet in a home I was renting. They looked so good that the owner of the property wants to use them for his other rental properties. "

Carpet installation costs include carpet type (material, weave), room size, subfloor preparation, and labor costs. Getting multiple quotes provides a clearer picture of expected expenses.
Taking carpet off stairs is an easy but multi-step process you can usually do yourself. If you have the right tools, time, and oomph to finish the job, removing carpet from stairs can be an easy-to-medium difficulty task, depending on your stairs, the type of carpet installed, and how willing you are to get your hands dirty. It’s important to review the process, gather the right tools before you begin, and follow a tutorial or directions while you work.
