Half way through the job Matt realized that the natural gas fire insert installation was more complex than his team's skills. He immediately sourced a specialized contractor to do that part of the job which gave us all a tremendous amount of confidence. "Would dodge the question when i asked for a contract and never wrote one out, broke 2 of my lighting fixtures (they replaced these), 2 window panes (they replacedone with plexiglass which is plastic and denied the other one), got paint everywhere including my front steps, left a truckload of garbage after saying they'd remove all of it, left asbestos everywhere, destroyed $500 worth of crown molding by cutting it wrong, and left beer bottles that they were drinking on the job in my sink. I'm afraid to have anyone work on my house ever again at this point."
