We started with a tiny bathroom and had plans to remove a couple of walls to make it larger. Leading up to demo day, our project manager Mila and the team pulled permits and helped us understand which finishes/materials we needed to order. I had a clear idea of our design vision, so I didn't need a lot of assistance there, but I found the 3D rendering helpful to see. Our project took a little over 5 weeks. The foreman David and crew did a great job. I was many specific requests, and I felt like David always did his best to incorporate my requests. We had a few hiccups, as with any project. We ran out of tile, which caused a small delay. The crew also misplaced some of our shower fixtures and we had to reorder them. The team was able to cover the cost of these, which I appreciated. I liked how we had a group to stay on top of updates. There were times when I would have liked more communication regarding the crew's schedule, delays, etc. but overall, I felt like my questions were always answered. Love my new bathroom, thank you."
