"Raul & his team were fantastic. They cleaned all of the porcelain tile in my home. Some areas had been covered with rugs for at least 10 years. The tile under the rugs looked brand new. The surrounding area didnâ t even look like the same tile. They removed the rugs and furniture from each area before cleaning. Now it all looks new and I almost hate to cover the floors with the new rugs. Not only did they do a great job cleaning but were very professional and took care moving the furniture and covering all surrounding areas before cleaning."

"I believe the cleaning was good but not great. There were several areas that did not cover with the sealer. It should have been cleaned far enough to look good when finished."

"It took a long time but it is done. I had some problems with them but they did satisfy me as the customer. There were some spots on the floor that should have not been there. So they ended up giving me a discount, it was a $30000 job and they gave me a 900 discount for the spots on the floor so I don't know how to rate them. The floor is 99% perfect. There was only a 1% I was unhappy with and am still unhappy with. But I decided to settle with them because I didn't want to move out all of my furniture again and have them redo the floor. It's really a big hassle. I don't want to give them a bad mark but I just can't give them a 10. 

They were very professional so I have to admire that. I would use them again for carpet but probably not for oak flooring."
