"I worked with Alpha once before, and they assisted with a second project 2 years ago which, now finally completed, I'm able to write a review about. Alpha helped with structural plans for windows in a garden level unit in order to prepare the proposal for city approval. Alpha is a big company and it took them a little while to complete everything; however I can certainly say that the engineer and contact people were knowledgeable and thorough. The plans were approved with their help and now that the unit is permitted for occupancy, the windows are a lovely attribute to the space."

"McGee construction recently insulated, dry walled, and added electrical outlets my garage. They were quick and efficient in completing the project. It was a pleasure working with Cade who coordinated everything and was very hands on making sure everything was to our liking. Cade was very hands on making sure things were kept at a certain standard. We got quotes from 5 other companies and McGee Construction was the company we ultimately decided to go with because they are very fairly priced and overall just had good vibes when talking with them. We definitely do not regret our choice and would recommend them for anyone looking to start a new project for their home."

"My husband and I are in our 70’s. All of the upgrades/construction in our house in over 26 years was done by my career-construction husband. But recently he hurt his back. We needed our guest bath prefab bathtub/shower removed and replaced with a NICE prefab WALK-IN shower handicapped out. Our 95-year old mom was coming for a 2-week visit. We only had 3 weeks notice. Ani Kevorkian, owner of LGC Construction came to our house 1 day after I called. She listened, REALLY listened to what we wanted and understood the time constraint. She gave us a quote within hours and started the job within days. Her two gentlemen who came out were just awesome and cleaned everything up each day. Then Ani surprised us with “barn-door” glass shower doors that we didn’t even know we were getting. The shower is just beautiful! This company is exceptional. "Full kitchen and bathroom remodel. (Loft condo) From my initial meetings with Anar the owner, to meeting the team that did the install It was an entirely stellar experience. Anar presented me with samples and a clear understanding of the project scope. A project manager was assigned that came out to the site on a regular basis to monitor progress and quality. The two gentleman that came out to do the installation were personable..and maintained a clean workspace and professional attitude throughout. Both obviously skilled for the job duties. There was great care taken during the project on communication regarding the installations, and leaving the site as undisturbed as possible (clean) and with respect to property rules. (Condo). The fixtures and materials offered were all top quality and brands. Project oversight and city permits were all handled by the project manager. A very high level of communication and attention to detail were provided throughout the project. My spouse and I are very happy with the results, and this is added tremendously to the value of the property. This is our first remodel, and although it is an inherently stressful undertaking, Anar and his team really delivered with service and quality. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ gentleman! Thank you again! "Our kitchen was in dire need of upgrades, and we met with many different contractors for estimates. Young from New Life Construction left the best impression by far, from his professionalism, renovation ideas and design, reasonable pricing, etc. I am so glad we decided to go with New Life as Young and his entire team were a delight to work with from start to finish. We received very helpful opinions regarding many aspects of the design and materials without it being overbearing, and it was helpful to see his previous projects through instagram (@newlife_construction) to see what has worked well for similar kitchens in the past. There was clear communication about everything from details of the job to scheduling and everyone was very attentive to our needs throughout. This company handled the demolition, cleanup, cabinets, countertops, overhead lighting, painting, appliance installation (range/oven and dishwasher), sink and faucet installation for us-- pretty much everything in the kitchen except the floors. They bring in separate contractors that are specialists in their respective field (cabinets, countertop, etc) to do each portion of the project so you know you're truly getting the experts at every step of the way. Even after the project was done, Young went above and beyond to wrap up last-minute issues that came up from cabinet parts that were on backorder and to this day is responsive to any issues that may come up in the future. My family and I are so happy with how the kitchen turned out and we would not hesitate to hire Young and his team again for future projects."
