"I recently hired Chimney Sweep Masters to replace our old, rusty fireplace, which was deemed unsafe by multiple inspectors due to its age and condition. Our fireplace issues began last winter when we discovered a leak from what we later identified as a Chase Cover. After deciding to replace the fireplace, we chose Chimney Sweep Masters for the job, and we couldnâ t be happier with the outcome. The entire process was seamless. He checked the damper, explained the reason for it to remain open and fixed the problem to ensure it remained open should it inadvertently get closed. Also charged exactly what he said it would be. $69.00 and $15.00 for part. Also put in a longer screw to ensure it remained open per regulation. I would highly recommend Nigel to my family and friends."

"Pros: Very prompt. Took care to protect carpet and furniture. Thorough and friendly. Made recommendations for approximately $800 of repair work. Cons: Service person took pieces of concrete off the chimney cap to show me the cap was crumbling (I would have preferred he just tell me). Decided not to reuse service only because of my feelings about the chimney cap. He did a great job cleaning the chimney.
