"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"i called TARGET GARAGE DOOR AND GATES because i needed to replace my old garage door , the  technician came to my house he was really professional , he show me the catalog and i pickup a door that i like , its was a standard one car garage door 8x7.
the door was ready in 3 days the came install the door put me a new cable, new spring, new panel and new track all included in the same price for $699, they did a great job , very professional and quick they did a great great job!!!

"Goodfellas took care of us when we needed it! We had a pipe burst between floors in our multi-level house this summer, ruining our downstairs kitchen, and effecting some cabinetry in our upstairs kitchen. Once we got that clean-up out of the way and got the insurance claim started, we started shopping around for contractors that could help us out. We had three different estimates, but Goodfellas was the least expensive while still meeting all our needs. Our project manager Danny really set up a plan that would fix the damage, while also giving our upstairs kitchen a much needed facelift. His crew foreman Nir, and his crew—especially Arnold—was very helpful and efficient. It was easy to communicate with Nir via phone and text, and I would say I spoke to Danny via email at least a few times a week. Danny was really helpful in matching our new cabinets to the paint choice I had made for the remaining cabinets. They both made sure we were happy with each step and installment, or they fixed it until we were. We even ran into some insurance trouble midway through, putting a halt on our funds for the project. After explaining the whole nightmare to Danny, he was patient and waited with us until Nationwide could pull it together to help us finish this project. And once the final money was approved, Danny’s crew was quick to finish up the kitchen so that we could return once again to our normal lives. In short, they met our demands easily and did the project quickly and proficiently. Whenever there was a confusion or problem, it was easily communicated and handled. The crews were friendly and respectful of my family and house. Arnold went out of his way to make sure my kitchen upstairs was exactly how I wanted it, even down to giving me choice of threshold trim when he could have just slapped down any ol’ trim and I probably wouldn’t have noticed. "Wilfredo Avelar sent two of his handymen to my 2 bdrm/2 bath 1100 sq. ft condo to replace the existing carpet in the entry door closet with left over laminated floor and to install a dead bolt lock in the main entry door and replace the existing door knob with a locking door knob/handle for the adjacent bedroom.  After looking a what needed to be done, they went to buy the quarter-round to close out the floor to wall joint and the locks for the doors.  After cutting and installing the hardwood floor and quarter-round in the closet they painted the quarter round with existing white paint to match the rest of the condo.  Workmanship was sharp and both closet floor and door locks look great. They arrived at about 2 pm and were finished with the work at about 7:00 pm and did a good job cleaning up the work area so I did not have to do any clean up myself.  Cost was less than $400.
