Kenneth was very professional and gave us several choices for the needed repair. The garage door was over 20 years old and parts were breaking down. he ended up replacing both the springs, the cables and related brackets. The door has never been so quiet opening and closing and does that fully. The garage door opener was also old but was still operating properly and didnt need to be replaced.

Field Service Tech came out right away and found the problem. Put down 50% deposit ($300) for the garage door system and was told Stephanie would call to set up installation appointment. No call came. I have called them multiple times (it's a dispatch person), gave up and asked for a refund. Now, they won't call me back. Filing a police report on Monday and one with BBB.
