The estimate was fair and generous with no added "surprises" tacked on at the end. Older homes are quite a challenge and many other painters were not interested or would have charged a LOT more to do this job. The crew were open to my input and concerns along the way and it was clear that customer satisfaction is very important. Aged homes, like aging bodies will never look young again, so as a homeowner of said aged home I was quite satisfied that my home looks 'fantastic for its age'. Happy with the facelift!- weezie c.

Matt did a good job putting some new vinyl flooring in the kitchen of a rental for me. When it came time to do the bathrooms, some problems were found with the subfloor. They needed reinforcement. He let me know and I authorized the work, and now the subfloor is solid and the floor above is holding up well. Everything is good now, after 2-1/2 years. In summary, I'm quite satisfied with the work and the pricing.

There was extensive damage. The garage was totally destroyed, the roof and walls of the master bath, which was attached to the garage, had significant damage. The deck of the house was damaged when the fallen tree broke after hitting the house.
The garage was rebuilt and the bathroom and deck repaired. This is a manufactured home and it has an I-beam that runs
longitudinal to the length of the house, the impact from the tree caused the floor to buckle. The contractor would not fix the floor.I sued him in small claims and won. He would not pay. I contacted his bond company and they told him if he would not pay, he would lose his license. He said he would pay. He was sued by three of his suppliers for non payment of services and materials.
The out come of these were the locksmith was awarded more than a thousand dollars for material and labor. He stiffed the tree service that removed a tree that fell on another property. It happened during a storm and they went on his word to remove the tree. It was a long way from their shop, it took travel time, three workers and a large truck with a crane. The total as $3,000 and he didn't pay. There was no written contract o the judge only gave them $500. He is also being sued by a local lumber company in excess of the small claims allowed. Caveat Emptor.

Rob and his wife, the owners, were great to work with, Rob really knows how to move the line. He is very organized in his approach to the task at hand. Our 50's ranch house had not been painted for 23 years! There was so much prep work to be done. Rob and his crew came in and worked especially hard on some really rough areas. They literally sanded for days. We love the paint job! It looks great. We could not be happier!
I had gotten four estimates- all within a hundred dollars of each other. At the least - let Rob give you a bid. He's been painting for over 15 years and he likes what he does. His work clearly demonstrates his passion for his trade.

TERRIBLE...they were seldom working on the home, we spent most of our time trying to get them to finish. Martin (the owner) assured us that we would be in our home by a certain date and of course it was almost a month later than promised. They had us pick out flooring, appliances, fans, lights and more and then three weeks later informed us that they were broke and did not have the money to complete the job....EVEN though our insurance had been paying promptly! Needless to say, we had to shop for the finishing items again and pay for them ourselves in order to get back into our home. And now....we are still waiting for the job to be completed. The sheet rock team they used did a horrible job, and even though we complained they still left gouge marks in the walls, texturing looks horrible, we have holes everywhere in the walls. The painting is splotchy, some parts were never painted at all, plumbing work is terrible, every outlet hole was cut too large so they just caulked them all. They seem to bid low and then brag about how they will get the money out of your insurance in the end anyway. Pretty much everything they touched had to be done over again. We are now back in our home and the only room that is finished is our downstairs bedroom, we still do not have shower doors installed. Needless to say this has not been the best experience for us, the trauma of living through a house fire was made ten times worse by the unprofessional attitude of Martin and Dave. They hire subcontractors to do all the work and they are all complaining they are not being paid and refuse to come back to finish the job...yet Martin and Dave still find time and money to go on vacation..priorities are way off..DO NOT HIRE THEM! After everything we have been through my advice is to avoid them, they hide behind the scripture on the business card :(
