Needing replacement

The scratches had been fixed when I initially purchased the machine, but because the painted area had not been adequately cleaned before painting, the paint had started to come off. The outside of the washer tub, too, had not been cleaned quite as well as it should have been, so that the first loads of laundry I washed had tiny bits of dirt clinging to them. Other than these minor problems, however, both the washer and the dryer have been working very well.

The purchase price was high compared to prices other local businesses charge, but the extra cost includes a 1-year warranty with honest, reliable service. Also, Hudson's is extremely professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We purchased a Fridge from Hudson's. This particular model had some problems so they sent out their professionals to try to fix it.  They couldn't fix it here so had to take it into the shop. Hudson's gave us an interim Fridge to use while ours awaited a part. The folks at Hudson's are great, they did everything they could to try to fix the problems we had. It wasn't their fault that the unit was a lemon however I would have appreciated a swap for another brand or style that didn't have so many problems. We were told that would have been a last resort. After months of going back and forth with this Unit the problems were finally solved. They WILL stand by the products they sell.

My 20+ year old refrigerator stopped cooling. I called Hudson's and a repairman came that afternoon, examined the refrig and explained exactly what was wrong, saying he could apply a short-term fix that might last days, weeks, or even months. Not being much of a gambler, that afternoon I went to Hudson's to see what refrigerators they had to offer. I found one, pretty much exactly what I wanted (Whirlpool, the same as my old one) at a very good price and ordered it. It was delivered and installed within 7 days. So far, I've had no problems with it, but if I do, I have purchased Hudson's extended service guarantee, which I also feel is a good value.
Both the serviceman and the people at the store were knowledgeable and I was and am completely happy with this business.

Very knowlegeable technician.  Found the problem quickly and promptly fixed it.

Both a mobile home with three old kenmore side by side.  It never really defrosted, to did the old tried and true method....turn off refrigerator open freezer door and stand the fan in front for three hours.  This will defost all...due this every three months and then call Hudson's Appliance.  Or better yet call Hudson's at the first sign of trouble.
