"SGB just finished painting the outside of my home along with the kitchen and two bedrooms. A good friend of mine referred them to me because she was so pleased with his work. There was plenty of detailed work on the outside of my home, and the stucco was in terrible shape. There was also dry rot repair that needed to be done that other contractors didn't even mention during the inspection of the home. When the job was complete, I was amazed. Yes, but with caution. A floor grinder is intended to level and polish concrete, so it is a very powerful tool. To remove paint, the floor grinder should be set to 35 square feet per minute or less to minimize the pressure without the use of pocket weights. You might need to go over the surface two times to get any paint that has sunk into the concrete’s pores.

The list of what removes caulk residue includes rubbing alcohol. In some cases, rubbing alcohol can also help remove water-based caulk.
