Pablo showed up and replaced not only the screen, but also repaired the door rollers and two windows, one of which required a new frame. He knew the company having installed many of this manufacturers steps in other homes and scheduled an appointment with the caveat that he believed he could repair it, but he would have to see it to say for sure.
