The HOA required us to do a permitted work. Most electricians shy away from such projects because of the complexity of getting permits and dealing with the scrutiny of the HOA. Chris applied and received the permit and he did a very clean job installing over 170 feet of conduit from our electric meter in the meter room all the way to my parking spot."

I was contacted Friday morning to let me know that Oscar would be at my house between 11-12. Oscar showed at a little after 11. He was polite and did a good job. He answered all of my questions as I watched him do the work. He took extra care to be as clean as possible. He replaced 5 kitchen CFL lights with LED lights. After finishing that he went on to install a new electrical outlet in a hallway. Once again, he took care to be as clean as possible and answer all of my questions as he proceeded. The whole job took about 3 hours. I will definitely being hiring Johnson Electric again when I need electrical work done around the house."

I bought a new fan and the ceiling fan company where I bought it couldn't do a quick installation so I looked in here at Angies list and found that Paul at Fairway Electric was highly recommended. And the review was more than accurate. Paul responded immediately and had someone out the next day and installed my ceiling fan (something i did NOT want to do myself). And he even charged me a bit less than Paul quoted. Later---there was a frequency problem with the ceiling an light that made it dim occasionally---(caused by a neighbor who had a remote control with a similar frequency). Paul sent his repairman out (no additional charge) and changed the frequency. I'd call Paul back in a millisec if I had another ceiling fan installation or for electrical work based on my excellent experience dealing with him."
