"Drew from Legacy Plumbing came out IMMEDIATELY to our rescue because not only were all toilets and showers unusable because water would flood downstairs but we had a birthday get-together with family happening within the hour. This happened on a Saturday and they don’t have technicians available for emergencies on weekends and they won’t reimburse for a company that does. They told me not to worry we’ll make it right but the earliest service date they had available was two weeks later. Post sale they don’t care about the customer or about the quality of their work.
