"The owner, Miguel, quickly responded to my message, asked pertinent questions about the issue and arranged to come the next day, between 9 and 10 am. He arrived at a little after 9, carefully and thoroughly evaluated the problem. He was able to safely lower the antenna, replace the coax cable that had been wrapped around the rotator and preamp and raise the antenna by himself. He explained what caused the problem and set it up so it would be less likely to occur in the future. Miguel was very professional and efficient. I would unconditionally recommend him to anyone requiring audio/video/security camera services."
