Communication 5/5 - Jeff was very responsive to questions and clearly communicated the work and timeline. Timeliness 5/5 - Both the consultation and installation started on time. The windows actually arrived sooner than expected. Quality 5/5 - The installation team laid down blankets before starting any work. They removed the old windows without damaging the surrounding wall.
