299 Things were pretty good. Got an estimate within a day or two, and they were able to install within a 10 day window (they actually came out within 6 days). Prompt responses. Just two complaints: 1) They had to move a cable off of the eave and they didn't replace it. It's on the second story...

Idler’s Home San Luis ObispoDry Force did a fantastic job of remediating a bathroom leak. They came out quickly, provided an accurate estimate and immediately installed fans, a dehumidifier and sensors. 3 says later - all the moisture is gone.
The installer showed up on time, installed the dishwasher in a professional manner, was courteous and thorough. Would definitely use this company again.
Steven Foster came out promptly and was able to find the location of the blockage (tree roots), and get past it, as well as install a new clean out port. We were very happy with his service and his knowledge (he's been doing this a long time), and would definitely call on Action Rooter again.
