James from Pure Energy called me pretty quickly. There were other vendors who called but he sounded very professional on the phone, and he actually reviewed my pictures and a short video I took to describe the job I needed accurately and he acknowledged the reason why we needed to hire someone for such a simple lighting fixture replacement. He actually read my explanation and asked me some questions and send a couple of technicians the next morning and were done in 10 minutes. There was other vendor who told me to charge for the drive (coming from SLO) but why do I do that when we have a good trusting local vendor in Paso Robles !! Thank you Pure Energy for coming out quickly for such a simple job.

Contacted them after hours. Couldn t troubleshoot to solve over the phone so the following day his 2-man crew got here On Time! Fixed the problem right away plus fixed 3 other problems. Cost less than the estimate. It doesn t get better than this. I have a new electrician. 1. Arrived on time 2. Immediately isolated the problem 3. One employee fixed it while his colleague looked at 3 other problems. 4.He fixed those other wiring issues within minutes. 5. Their bill was less than the estimate. I called three other electricians and none returned my call. PureEnergy earned my business and they should have your business too.

I was very pleased with Pure Energy's service and price. The bill was a bit less than the actual quote and the young man David was quite personable and very efficient. I am having a small problem with one plug being too tight for my vacuum cleaner plug - have an email to them to come fix it when they are next in my area.
