"Edgar was very nice, cleaned up and hauled off the old toilet. Company called me a 1/2 hour before employee arrived to let me know he was on his way. They arrived in the windowed time. Once there an estimate of 1 hour to complete the job was given and that timeline was meet. There was a little confusion about a quote, so I would recommend calling them directly to discuss the price of the job, but even with that the company worked with me on the price. Good customer service."

His workers are just as professional, but as friendly as him. They not only did a wonderful job, but understood my limitations and not only did the neccessary work, but made sure with my handicap, that it worked for ME! They cleaned up and left my house and yard cleaner than when he came. Not only that, but because the doggie door he was to install didn't have a lock, he used the old door and fashioned a lock for the new one, and didn't charge extra. "He was prompt, willing to explain things to us and reasonable when compared to others we have dealt with in the past. I also liked that when he said he would solve the problem he did so for the original price quoted. In our case that meant he ran his machine through our line and used the camera to locate the clog (massive tree roots and a broken pipe) and finally dug up the yard to find the source of the clog as well as provide relief for the clog. Many other would have started out with a low price and then added on each item as an additional cost. Jason kept his word. I would definitely hire him again."
