"I got excellent customer service and installation was included. Lari explained clearly about what the products are available and the quality of these products compared with other companies out there. They gave me a delivery date that was right on time. The shutter installer was very experienced with the installation and they were shipped and packaged with care. After seeing how beautiful they were in my home I ordered the remaining rooms in my home that still needed window coverings. I highly recommend this company and the shutters are made in the USA."

"My home came with most of the shutters already up, and Gallery was able to cover the other windows with shutters that matched exactly! They ended up being better quality than the ones that had come no the home originally. They were also able to do our Bay Window, which other companies were not able to."

"I was very pleased with their service. They knew what they were doing and did a great job, however, when they left, they told me to give the water heater about a couple of hours to heat up and everything would be fine. I did, and the wated is hot, but, there is no pressure when you turn on the hot water. The hot water comes out about half the pressure of the cold water. I don't think they did anything wrong, but can't explain the pressure problem and neither can the GE people that made the water heater, so I don't know what to do."
