Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Tomas Martinez from Strategic Plumbing did an exceptional installation of a new water heater. His plumbing expertise was obvious when he answered several of my questions. He works quickly, neatly and his professionalism is apparent in the high quality of his work. I definitely would recommend him for plumbing projects.

Tomas showed up after hours, made a special trip to the supply house to get the desired fixture design. He showed up on time and finished the work effectively and fast. He was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend him.

I have held off updating my rating of Tomas Martinez DBA Strategical plumbing to give him a chance to fulfill obligations. He was hired to repair or replace an outdoor gas line to a firepit after a gas leak was detected by the gas co. He assured me he would repaired the leak, so a new patio and fire pit was installed on top of the gas line. In less than a year the gas co. discovered a gas leak in the same area as before. I gave This plumber plenty of time to fix his mess, but he refused to pay for the patio repairs. The gas co said we were VERY Lucky we did not have an explosion. We went to arbitration and I was awarded compensation. He was given 2 weeks to pay but hasn't paid. How CA. gave this guy a Lic. to do business is beyond me. The contractors board site says his BOND has been suspended. Sounds like he has more problems!

I hired Tomas to replace my hot water heater & install a new toilet.; his bid was the lowest of 3 received. He was on time, professional, courteous & friendly. He did an excellent job & he politely answered my questions throughout the process. The quality of work was clean and professional. I will call him again for any plumbing needs! I had a plumbing emergency at 6:30am in the morning. I found Tomas on Home Advisor and he was at my house in less than an hour. Great service. I would recommend and use him again.

Ask for an estimate and make sure you get it in writing. Also, if you do not live close to a major hardware store be prepared to pay $80 and hour for him to make multiple trips go get parts. Nice guy and decent work but WAY overpriced and not worth what he charges.

We spent 2 days at your place relocating a gas meter and installing a soft watering system along with replacing the main shutoff ball water valve and pressure regulator. You were very excited when you seen the finish product on all three items and requested that I come back and replace 2 hosebib's after you paid me for the work that I performed which now your not happy with what we charged you. We went out 11/29/2019 the next day and replaced those two hosebibs you were not present but your in laws were and I sent you an invoice and"
