"Humberto Garcez and his team painted our condominium in advance of it being rented. Although the painting job ran over-schedule and over-budget, the work itself was good and cost effective. However, the problems occurred in the post-painting, clean-up/fix-up phase of the project. There were numerous issues that were left unresolved that Humberto and his team said they were going to fix but never did. These included paint stains on mirrors and walls, window blinds that were not put back up, a door that was painted shut, fixtures and fittings that should have been replaced onto walls that were not properly reinstalled and several other matters. Numerous e-mails to Mr. Garcez failed to even elicit a response from him. Hence, although we were initially reasonably pleased with the work, we ended up being disappointed with this company and would not use MaxPaintingPro again."
