Hi, my name is Matthew, and I started On-Call Home Repair back in 2023 with the idea of creating a hub for home repairs, maintenance, and construction. I have been in the painting and home repair trade since 1987. My services are mostly custom interior and exterior painting. I also do commercial painting and unique paint and cabinet finishes. I do floor epoxies. I do exterior and interior home repairs, framing for drywall and drywall. I do insulation. I do drywall patching. I do exterior stucco and plaster patching. I am a state licensed contractor.

Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

Upon arrival, Jeremy and Luis gave me a breakdown of what it would cost, offered advice for equipment placement and answered all my questions. They did an excellent job mounting my 47 in LCD and installing my surround sound system.
