His knowledge & expertise were evident from our initial discussion & throughout the project. He quickly assessed the source of multiple calcium deposits throughout our pool. It was, he said & later verified, the result of a previously faulty re-plaster job in which substandard materials were used & old plaster not removed, but plastered over!! This created a separation of the two surfaces which ultimately filled with water & led to disfiguring calcium deposits leaching into the pool.
