From taking the concept my wife had, Seth drew up a plan with everything she asked for, and we were able to scale back where needed for budgeting purposes, so he helped us rework from the original design to where we ultimately landed. Timing - he began on time, and finished early. Project lasted a total of 5 weeks. Budget - he was spot on to the original budget. We did make changes to some items, and he kept a running change list that was helpful to keep us on track. Team - The guys were amazing, and took exceptional pride in their work. I got to chat them up quite a bit, and they’ve been with Seth for many years - which was an awesome sign, because I’m guessing you don’t stay of things aren’t going well. They were here everyday from 7-3:30, and the few times that they weren’t, we had a heads up. We even got a heads up when it wouldn’t be the full crew.
