"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Wood flooring in hallway.  Carpet in 4 other rooms.  Carpet installation was good.  Wood flooring was good as well except I had some of the pieces pop up.  There were air gaps when walking on certain planks.  The installers were a couple of senior guys
who've installed for many years, however they seemed a little cocky?  Had them out once again to glue down and make some repairs.
Mike, the owner, was super and responded to all calls and concerns.  Came out during the installation and was concerned that everything meets our satisfaction.
Mike is a man of his word and represents his company very well.
I would recommend M&M, however these installers need to be more responsive and courteous.
