Long story short, having a 25 year old carpet floor with 2 cats and a dog was absolutely disgusting. Arturo asked me basic questions regarding the square footage, amount of flooring material available, and even came over to provide free measurements prior to the major project. He worked steadily on my floors on a daily routine or 7am - 3pm for 5 days. Always on time, worked quietly, and I was always impressed with his daily work. "I called him Saturday. It was installed Thursday. Took about 3.5 hours. The owner, Mike, is very friendly, helpful, flexible and really followed thru. He listened to what I wanted and promised that it could be done quickly. He delivered. The worker who installed the flooring, Jose, was professional, quick and did an excellent job. We are now considering other flooring projects in the house because they were so outstanding and will definitely be using them again."
