He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. In addition he worked with his crew at the beginning of installation to make sure everything was perfect with a tricky area of my roofline. "After having a disastrous master bathroom remodel where the subcontractor had botched the job, I was faced with finding a company that can fix it. The job was done so poorly that it had to be redone. Naturally I was quite skeptical after this ordeal.. When I contacted Expert Home Builders, Owner came out and assured me that they could complete my master bath to my standards (I am very picky) and it would be done in a very timely manner. Their tile man and painter did exquisite work. After the glass shower, vanity, and tub were installed, I was extremely happy with the results. And you will too if you choose to use them.
