"They bring in a giant vacuum and they use a rotary tool with a brush on it and it goes through and takes off the dust and dander and what not from the inside of the ducts while it vacuums at the same time. They also do carpet and upholstery. They did spot cleaning, pet stains, and they moved the smaller furniture like recliners and end tables.
