My plumber was not able to clear the line, even with a power snake, due to the collapsed clay pipes from my house to the city sewer under the street. He tried to blow a new liner in but could not connect it to the city sewer. So I called Victor's and he came out immediately. After running a camera snake through my drain line, he recommended a pipeburst-style one-piece replacement with a 25 year guarantee. Victor and his crew were prompt, thorough, totally customer service oriented and explained every step. They maintained a clean workspace at all times. Price was very competitive. Mission accomplished...drains are flowing freely now. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a home repair crew. I would absolutely recommend Victor's. He is amazing."
