"On a Sunday, Beth showed up to my home at the appointed time for our initial walk-through. She was super friendly and professional. We went through every area of my house that I wanted cleaned while she took notes on her notebook. At the end of the walk-through, she explained that she would review her notes and call me later to give me a quote for first-time service as well as an ongoing maintenance quote.
