"After 2 cleaning visits there are many things not done or over looked. For example the top of an entertainment cabinet was dusted but the cobwebs running down both sides of the cabinet were left in place, twice. Cabinets in bathroom weren't wiped down. Toilet sides not cleaned. Really basic stuff was not done by a team of 2 over 4 hours. Cleaning requested was only 1 master bedroom, hallway, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and den."

"paid for them to clean my house as I was moving in and let me tell you they did a ****** job cleaning. I faithfully paid them without seeing the results as he only provided with pictures not great quality. Once I was finally able to see for myself not happy at all try to contact them personally did not get a reply back, I kept trying to get an answer and nothing. Yes he eventually answer but did not provide me with an answer nor with my invoice Sergio promise to send. I explained to Sergio what I needed cleaning prior to choosing his service as well as how big the house was if his company was not able to clean thoroughly why not let me know prior to paying. Dissapoointed that I paid for his service so I wouldn't have to clean and I ended up having to do it myself"

In some cases, yes, it’s safe to spray hydrogen peroxide on your mattress, but the solution can damage memory foam mattresses, so you should only use it on non-memory foam mattresses. If you have a standard spring mattress, you can mix hydrogen peroxide with cold water in a 1:1 ratio and spray that on your urine-soaked mattress. If you’re cleaning pee out of a memory foam mattress, swap out the hydrogen peroxide for white distilled vinegar, or call in a professional mattress cleaner to avoid doing damage to your mattress.
