We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it."

"They were excellent both in the loading of the truck and the unloading at our townhouse. It was a very challenging move because our townhouse has 3 floors. We where concerned that our large bedroom furniture would not be able to get moved to the 3rd floor. But the movers kept trying and working at it and after a few attempts they were successfully. They worked hard at it and they did a great job. The 3 floors were no problem and the movers handled everything very well.
