"No high pressure sales. I was able to take my time picking the floor I wanted. Unlike one of the other in home flooring companies. When I changed my mind on what I wanted it was no problem getting new samples. The installers were professional and did a great job. Yes, you can put rugs and carpet on heated floors. However, carpet is not the most efficient for heated floors. The carpet pad and pile can prevent the heat from penetrating into the room.
