"I think the owner may do great work on floors and carpets, but the cleaning job on my mattress with urine staining wasn't thorough. He spent plenty of time, so I don't think it was due to effort, but possibly not having the right macking for cleaning apolstery."

"No high pressure sales. I was able to take my time picking the floor I wanted. Unlike one of the other in home flooring companies. "My home was built in 1950 and this was the first time the original wood floors have been refinished. They were in pretty bad shape (originally covered by carpet which was removed approx. 20 years ago). The floors are so beautiful now! Excellent communication before, during and after the project.
