It also blocks UV/UB rays up to 73% and helps keep the house a more consistent, cooler temperature. It has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next home owner. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. Tom coordinated and over saw the entire project. He was very pleasant to work with. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front. They did come back and touch up a few things until we were satisfied. The price was reasonable considering the value of the product and the house will never have to be painted again. "Getting house ready to sell, so we needed a ton of work. Deon and his guys did all the trim and stripped and repainted our entire patio cover. Then they came in, fixed our drywall holes (destructive renters), and repainted the entire interior of the house. They were fantastic, and we even left on vacation for a few weeks and he sent pictures throughout of the progress.
