"Warren is a nice guy, communicates well, and was very flexible. While working on agreed upon services we had a wind storm that knocked my unsecured fireplace spark arrestor off the top of the fireplace. Warren was happy to help. Climbed on the roof with no problems and actually secured it to the fireplace. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond what I expected. He’s a hard worker, works fast, and brought all necessary supplies to get every job done. Thanks Warren!!"
