He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the repair process, helping me understand the work that needed to be done and why. His communication was consistent from start to finish, and the project was completed efficiently. The end result is a roof that looks fantastic! He completed the job 9/19/18. He is very knowledgeable about roofing. My roof was corrected to code to fix the specific problems I was having. He advised that if he has any other small and related repairs he would not charge extra. What really made me feel good was that the work I had done came with a warranty. I recommend this company for getting a job done right.

Richard was amazing! He responded to my query on Home Advisor and was at my house the next day. He was on time and very professional. He diagnosed the issue with my roof and e-mailed me a quote later in the day. His quote was far less than some of the other quotes that I received, but I hired Richard because he spent the time to explain to me what was actually going on with my roof, why it was leaking and exactly how and what he was going to do to fix the problem. Additionally, the tone in his voice as he explained this to me showed me that this man has passion and pride in his craft. He even invited me onto my roof half way into the job to show me where the leak was coming from and how/what he was doing to repair and prevent this from happening in the future! I could see that Richard loves what he does and he takes his time to do the job right. Richard was very nice and communicated what he was doing to repair my roof. He found addition issues that he fixed but did not charge me extra for. Will hire him again.

Quick response, quickly identified the problem, repaired two leaks and charged half what others quoted.

Richard is extremely professional. He explained every detail to us so we understood. Also, you can see he put his signature on his work, as every tile he replaced is laser straight. Also, he uses his cell phone to show you pictures of the roof before he starts, what he finds during the project, and what it looks like when his is finished. Today we had rain, about 5 days after Richard finished the job, and no leaks. My wife and I can go back to enjoying the rain again.
