"The guy was great. I had several of the contractor who took a look at the job. They said the deck had to be replaced. the other contractors did not diagnose the rot at the foot of the house. When Gilbert took it apart. it was completely rotted. Which other contractors would have discovered once they began the work. Gilbert repaired the deck instead of replacing it. only Gilbert diagnosed the rotted footer in the house in advance. Gilbert will be replacing my roof this fall.
