"America's Best Inc was here for two hours, where the Deep House Clean was advertised as a whole day. I had to specifically point out stuff like spider webs and the top of the range hood being dirty. Basic things weren't cleaned, like the corners of the floors and window sills. The appliances weren't cleaned. They were supposed to ring me to let me know when to be there and didn't.
