"LeAnn is terrific! She checks up on my vacation rental and cleans thoroughly between each stay. Reviews from guests are always great with regard to the house being clean and ship shape. LeAnn offers to do things above and beyond the normal scope of cleaning, which I appreciate as we live far from our vacation home. She's a great communicator which brings us much comfort."

"Artificial turf looks good. Some of the plants have died. It's only been five months since the job was completed. All the other items are of fair to poor quality. Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."
