Our search was for high quality and low quality and reputable construction companies that can service my area. Landmark construction energy crew was the great find that I was able to talk to and hire. First off their service was top notch. They were very responsive from the first meeting we had, patiently and really wanted to know what I’m trying to do in the kitchen. They were in touch with me during the whole work and made sure to provide me with updates regard anything that was complete and what will be next. What I liked most was that they were extremely detail-oriented. I very much appreciated that, especially given the Major scope of my project and plans. The end results were more than I expected. All the low voltage lightings, the special insulation that they used, the extra protection that they installed in the window that I have in the kitchen and more… All of this features improved the energy protection at the kitchen. They followed up with me the following day after all the final documents were signed off by me about the work in order to make sure that I was happy with the final results. He even went so far as to include the inside wall insulation for soundproofing at no cost since the project was large. Very easy to work with and flexible."

I added more attic insulation, install walkways in the attic, seal our two crawl spaces My only issue was the salesman would never get back to us with the before and after air tightness results. I wrote down the raw numbers when the workers did the air tests, but they promised 6 times that the salesman would get back to me on the final results and impact it should have on our bills. Workers great, office terrible."
