He was professional and explained everything in detail of what was work was going to be done and how long it would take. We scheduled within a week at a reasonable price. His crew were neat, organized and finished on time! We were notified of some extra things that were found while they were on the job but were not pressured to have those things done. We recommend American Attic to friends or family and would definitely use them again."

"We have a 1970's and we decided to have an energy audit by Landmark Construction. It was clear that our house have some energy issues and was in need of a any type of energy overhaul.  The report that was prepared for us by Charlie and his office staff, was comprehensive, clear to understand and revealed that the ducts at the attic  was not sized appropriately. In addition to that, the furnace/AC in the smaller unit was old (and original) and had to be replaced. The recommendations that Charlie told us, included a new furnace/AC, new tankless water system, hot water pipe insulation, building sealing, the insulation and new ducting throughout the house. This was the best investment we ever made.  I could not believe the difference in our utilities bill.  Charlie and his team were great,  professional and experienced. I wish we did these 15 years ago!!

I wrote down the raw numbers when the workers did the air tests, but they promised 6 times that the salesman would get back to me on the final results and impact it should have on our bills.
