"He gave us an estimate then went to Home Depot to get supplies, for which we paid. He spread a drop cloth on entry pavement. He removed old pain pieces on frame, cut the screen he bought in half and screwed them to the bottom of each door. He then spray painted the doors white. The doors needed more paint, so he went to Home Depot again and bought additional cans of paint (12 in total). I got sick from the paint smell, so my sister took over. When he finished she paid him. When I was able to inspect the job, I saw a hole in one doors screen and long screws sticking out 3/4" on both screens. I sent hime a text message to his phone, but got no response, so I phoned him to discuss the matter. He said his drill slipped punching to hole in the screen and that's the only screws he had. He said the screen is too expensive to replace and the screws are it. He said he"

He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink. I'm super picky as an artist / former fashion designer and he was able to help me create exactly what I had designed. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized. Some of the other contractors that I had previously contacted could not even be bothered to give me a call back or show up on time to a scheduled appointment but David was able to meet with me right away and always notified me of the work schedules. Pricing was reasonable and in line with other estimates I received."
