"The company finally called back after the first chap who came  told me they would need to attachan anchor on the roof to tether the gutter cleaner for safety purposes.  After several days I received a call back from the company and we set a new meeting date after I agreed to pay $175 more than the $119 paid through Angies List.  The second man came, went up on the roof, but rather than attaching an anchor just did the gutter cleaning saying that he did not need a tether.  Because he did not attach a new anchor to the roof he only charged me $75, not the $175 I had agreed to pay when an anchor was expected to be attached.

The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
