A-Z Appliance Repair did a great job. I had wasted two days on the phone begging Sears to just come out and look at the washer. Then I called A-Z, they came out the same day and did a great job fixing the washer.

I liked the service in every way, from the phone contact to the service man.  He even took photos of the ducts that needed to be repaired so that I could see what he was talking about.  I will keep their name on file and use them repeatedly.

Overall I am happy with the repair John performed. He was very accessible by phone, and keep me informed.
