"The water heater repair was $400 and they wanted to charge us the $300 for the bathroom leak, but we told them it was ridiculous because the guy was only here for 5 minutes. They ended up crediting us some money back so they handled that really well. Less than 2 days later the water heater broke. They did not send out the same guy. They guy they sent out was really great, he walked us through every minute and dime he spent. He told us not to worry and that we were getting our money's worth. We've used them many times over the last 7 years. Once it was Christmas Eve and the hot water heater was having problems and they came out and repaired it for free. Then there was another time that I needd a $6,000 repair and I didn't have time to get estimates, but I trusted their work. The work has been quality, I think in the future with them I will ask them upfront for an assessment and not pay them until they start doing the work."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Luis came to our house to provide an estimate for crawl and attic vent repair due to rodent damage. We were very impressed with Luis in his quick response to our request (made through the yelp request button) and scheduling the visit within the next day. Luis did the most thorough estimate of any of the other 3 quotes we received. He spent over an hour with us to understand all our concerns and inspect all possible damage areas in the crawl space, attic, and exterior of our house.
