We hired them for a master bedroom remodel and are very happy with the final outcome. We made a few changes here and there and Ray was very accommodating. All employees and subcontractors were pleasant, considerate and meticulous in what they brought to the project. "Well, this was an early Christmas gift! Found Dylan through home advisors. He promptly called after we sought a handyman to replace our fireplace mantle. Itâ s harder than heck to find someone, anyone, to do small household projects, let alone someone so quickly. We exchanged photos of the old mantle and the new one. Dylan promised to stop by to finally estimate the project. Hereâ s the best part: Dylan, who makes for a very good first impression, offered to start the job right then and there, saying he could do the demo work and finish two days later. Hereâ s the even better part: He completed the demo and then mounted the new new mantle the same day. We were very happy with the care he took as he did the project, including adding an additional way to secure the mantle to the wall so not even one of our famous earthquakes could move it from its mountings. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"The employees were great. A couple of days there was only 1 man on the job due to illness. The company did not replace him, so the 1 man had to work alone, slowing down the completion of the project. Art and Johnny were great to work with. Communication with the office was a little lacking, but overall we are happy with the work."
